> Subject: SPAM issues

Message Body:

Thank you for contacting SPAM review.
To ensure a full review of your spam submission, please send all samples as attachments. If you are submitting for someone else, you will need access to their mail folder to be able to send the original spam for review. Sending forwards, screenshots or only the headers of a message limits the review process significantly and reduces our ability to block spam effectively.
To send the original spam emails as attachments. Simply drag and drop them into a new message or follow the outlined procedure:
a. highlight the original spam message(s) in your mail folder
b. in the ribbon/tool bar at the top of the screen click on More
c. click on Forward as Attachment
d. send the attachments to SPAM

Cisco security appliances can help protect customers during the critical period between the first exploit of a virus outbreak and the release of vendor antivirus signatures. Cisco Web Security Appliances help secure and control web and email traffic by offering layers of malware protection. Cisco security appliances are automatically updated to help prevent both spam email and hostile web URLs from being passed to the end user.
