With the new Vulners pay-as-you-go pricing, monthly billing, and 100 free credits, it’s easy to plan your expenses.
Since day one, supporting the community has been the core value of the Vulners strategy. Over the years, we have relentlessly added new features and plugins to our security intelligence platform to fulfill various requests, use-cases, and scenarios.
One of the main use-cases is the gradual application of Vulners security intelligence as tasks get progressively more complex, and the amount of required data increases. This calls for scalability and flexibility, which is why Vulners updated its pricing on June 1, 2022 and is now charging consumption based on two main factors:
- Type of API request
- Number of requests
Based on these two factors, consumption is now calculated using a credit system. We have also introduced several subscription packages, which include a predetermined number of credits and different sets of features for different types of clients.
We believe this allows our clients to reliably plan their consumption with precision.
API request types
Different types of requests require a different amount of effort by our team to gather and normalize the information. This is why we have made differentiators in the number of credits. For example, a data request regarding exploits in the wild will cost a little more than just a CVE output for your Linux systems. Additionally, a data-set export may cost you more, but will save you a lot more in the long run. Here is a full table of API request types and their costs:

Subscription plans
There are currently 4 types of subscriptions:
Free plan with 100 monthly credits.
Basic plan for €475/mo Designed for solo researchers and small businesses. Comes with 300 monthly credits, 25 custom notifications, and access to the exploits data-sets. It's limited to one account per organization and includes basic email support.
Pro plan for €1,075/mo As the name suggests, this plan is perfect for small security and product teams. This plan allows for multiple accounts per organization and includes 3000 monthly API credits with additional private collections and advanced support options.
Advanced plan for €1,700/mo The best option for larger businesses and heavy-users, which includes up to 5000 monthly API credits, advanced support, and customization options.
And of course, we still offer the enterprise license, which is a fully customizable option and allows for an integrated solution to meet your exact needs.
