The vulnerability of the `cv::Jpeg2KDecoder::readComponent8u` function in the `modules/imgcodecs/src/grfmt_jpeg2000.cpp` file is a flaw in the Open Source Computer Vision Library (OpenCV). This library is used for computer vision, image processing, and numerical algorithms of general purpose. This vulnerability allows an attacker to cause a service failure.
