Users can upload attachments to restricted pages that adopt restrictions from the parent page, allowing unauthorized access if the page ID is known. To reproduce the issue, create two users, user1 and user2, and set restrictions to "Me" for a page created by user1. A subpage inherits the restrictions, preventing access by user2. However, user2 can upload attachments to the subpage by sending a POST request
