The python36 package is vulnerable to Web Cache Poisoning via urllib.parse.parse_qsl and urllib.parse.parse_qs using the parameter cloaking vector. Attackers can exploit a semicolon to manipulate the interpretation of requests, resulting in cached malicious requests being seen as safe. (CVE-2021-23336, CVE-2021-3426
